You can request account deletion or privacy help by contacting Mavo Support. We review these requests manually so we can protect your account and handle any active bookings, payments, support issues, or records we may need to retain.

How to request help

Email support@bookmavo.com from the email address on your Mavo account. Please include your full name and whether you are requesting account deletion, privacy help, or both.

What to expect

Mavo will review your request and follow up if we need to verify your identity or resolve an active service, payment, dispute, safety, security, fraud prevention, tax, or legal matter before completing the request.
